Delete your account in Connect Idea
The app will submit the deletion securely, sign you out, and clear local Connect Idea data on that device.

Open Connect Idea and sign in to the account you want to delete.

Scroll to Delete Account.
5.
Tap Delete Account, review the warning, and confirm.
What is deleted
Deletion permanently removes your authentication account, email-based sign-in, account ID, profile, display name, username, scores, best-score records, gameplay statistics, friend-challenge records, reports, and block relationships associated with your account.
This cannot be undone. You will lose access to the account and its saved progress. If you return to Connect Idea, you will need to create a new account.
If you cannot use the app
Email theconnectgame1@gmail.com with the subject “Connect Idea Account Deletion” and include the email address associated with your Connect Idea account. To protect your account, we may ask you to verify that you control that email address. Never send us your password.
Retention after a request
The deletion process removes account-associated records when the request is completed. We may retain limited information only when required by law, to resolve disputes, or to protect Connect Idea from fraud or abuse.
